Texas Eggs
This is perfect for those who love it hot!
Ingredients:
- 1 jar spicy salsa
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 diced avocado
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 5 tbsp cilantro
- 4 oz. tortilla chips
Directions:
- Heat up the salsa in a skillet.
- Crack the eggs on top of the salsa.
- Season to taste.
- Transfer the salsa and eggs to individual dinner plates.
- Serve with the tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
