Texas Eggs

This is perfect for those who love it hot! 


  • 1 jar spicy salsa
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 diced avocado
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp cilantro
  • 4 oz. tortilla chips


  1. Heat up the salsa in a skillet.
  2. Crack the eggs on top of the salsa.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Transfer the salsa and eggs to individual dinner plates.
  5. Serve with the tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
