Stuffed French toast
French toast with a filling – yummy
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cubed bread
- 8 large eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 1/4 cups milk
Directions:
- Blend the eggs, milk, and honey in a bowl.
- Place half of the bread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the cream cheese, and the remaining bread.
- Top the bread with the egg mixture, making sure to coat all, and chill overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Top with butter or syrup.
