Stuffed French toast

French toast with a filling – yummy 


  • 3 cups of cubed bread
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 1/4 cups milk


  1. Blend the eggs, milk, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Place half of the bread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with the cream cheese, and the remaining bread.
  4. Top the bread with the egg mixture, making sure to coat all, and chill overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  6. Top with butter or syrup.
