Western Omelet
This is a favorite omelet. Cut the omelet in two to create sandwiches, if desired.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sweet butter 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions (use an onion if scallions not available) 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup chopped ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Whisk together the eggs with all of the other ingredients. Pour egg mix into skillet.
- Cook one side, flip, and cook the other. Don’t overcook the omelet.
