Apple Pancakes

These taste incredible and are fun to watch as they deflate 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into small, thin slices
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sweet butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  1. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whip the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the apples and the cinnamon sugar.   Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the batter in a baking dish. Pour the apples on top on the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancake upside down on a plate. Once the pancake deflates (it will) cut and serve.
