Apple Pancakes
These taste incredible and are fun to watch as they deflate
Ingredients:
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into small, thin slices
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 3 beaten eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sweet butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- In another bowl, whip the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
- Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the apples and the cinnamon sugar. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Place the batter in a baking dish. Pour the apples on top on the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the pancake upside down on a plate. Once the pancake deflates (it will) cut and serve.
